  • At Sport Clips, we don’t take appointments, but you can cancel your Check-In anytime! Simply open the Sport Clips Check-In App, find your check-in, and cancel it. If you need to check in again at a different time, just select your preferred store and join the waitlist when it works best for you.

  • Since Sport Clips operates on a first-come, first-served basis, your spot is held for a short time after your estimated wait. If you arrive late, you may be moved down the waitlist to accommodate other clients who are present. We recommend checking your wait time on the Sport Clips Check-In App and arriving on time to keep your spot in line

  • Sport Clips accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for payment.

  • Yes! When you Check In Online using the Sport Clips Check-In App, you’ll see a list of stylists working that day and can select your preferred stylist if they are available. If you decide to walk in, you can also request a specific stylist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your choice based on availability.

  • To best maintain your haircut after your visit, we recommend taking advantage of our free neck trim service between services and using high-quality products designated to keep your style fresh and healthy.
