  • At Sport Clips, we don’t take appointments, but you can cancel your Check-In anytime! Simply open the Sport Clips Check-In App, find your check-in, and cancel it. If you need to check in again at a different time, just select your preferred store and join the waitlist when it works best for you.

  • Since Sport Clips operates on a first-come, first-served basis, your spot is held for a short time after your estimated wait. If you arrive late, you may be moved down the waitlist to accommodate other clients who are present.   • Yes! When you Check In Online using the Sport Clips Check-In App, you’ll see a list of stylists working that day and can select your preferred stylist if they are available. If you decide to walk in, you can also request a specific stylist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your choice based on availability.

  • To best maintain your haircut after your visit, we recommend taking advantage of our free neck trim service between services and using high-quality products designated to keep your style fresh and healthy.
