  • At Sport Clips, we don’t take appointments, but you can cancel your Check-In anytime! Simply open the Sport Clips Check-In App, find your check-in, and cancel it. If you need to check in again at a different time, just select your preferred store and join the waitlist when it works best for you.

  • Since Sport Clips operates on a first-come, first-served basis, your spot is held for a short time after your estimated wait. If you arrive late, you may be moved down the waitlist to accommodate other clients who are present. If you decide to walk in, you can also request a specific stylist, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your choice based on availability.
